TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

A. Project and improvement

1. Provide feasible, financially viable opportunities for improvement focusing on improving labor efficiency.

2. Study material flow, and operations sequence by using industrial engineering techniques and layout tool (vistable) 
  • Study process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing. 
  • Layout or/and workplace improvement for individual workstations.
  • Perform study, standard work for line balancing
3. Perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes.
  • Operational time study for labour and machine minutes.
  • Support Time Study as per standard requirement to ensure SAP plata accuracy with actual process.
  • Support the execution of audit of BOM and Routing.
  • Material consumption study.
4. Workplace study for improvement idea.



B. System (SAP)

1. Support reviews of current BOM and Routing to ensure accuracy, correctness, and completeness
2. Work closely with SAP Master Data controller to ensure accurate and complete BOM & Routing updated
3. Support SAP Master Data controller in documentation and SAP updates as assigned


C. Reporting

1. Prepare and consolidate weekly & monthly KPI report distribution.
2. Prepare and consolidate COMPETE reports and distribution.
3. Verify and distribute KPI report to management.
4. Time study report, BOM and Routing report to ensure accuracy prior to update in SAP.



KUALIFIKASI:
  • Require bachelor degree (engineering discipline) - S1 jurusan Engineering
  • Manufacturing at least 3 (three) years. 
  • Lean and Six Sigma concepts (basic to intermediate level)
  • Project management (basic to intermediate level)
  • Knowledge of Time Study standard (REFA/ MTM)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or/and Project)
  • Minitab (basic)
  • Fluent Business English both in speaking and writing
  • SAP (basic)
  • Statistical analysis (basic)
  • Able to work in a team or independently
  • Can lead small project team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good presentation ability
  • Driven and result oriented
