OPERATOR OPERATIONS I 

PERSYARATAN:
  • Operator mesin CNC
  • Bisa mengoperasikan mesin CNC HGG RPC / HGG SPC / Messer
  • Disiplin, mengutamakan keselamatan kerja
  • Mengikuti peraturan Perusahaan
  • Bersedia bekerja shift

1. MECHANIC OPERATIONS
  1. Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems and automotive vehicles
  2. Meet with clients to better understand their concerns and identify the issue
  3. Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
  4. Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems
  5. Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades
  6. Maintain work logs, repairs and maintenance records
  7. Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary
  8. Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users
  9. Perform vehicle assessments and alert on issues that will prohibit their vehicles from passing inspection

PERSYARATAN:
  • Min. SMA/SMK sederajat
  • Sertifikat dari SMK lebih diutamakan
  • Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
  • Pengetahuan yang dalam tentang peralatan dignostic dan system mekanis
  • Detail dan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah
  • Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan kemampuan servis customer


2. ELECTRICIAN OPERATIONS
  1. Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
  2. Reading technical diagrams and blueprints
  3. Performing general electrical maintenance
  4. Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers and other electrical components
  5. Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
  6. Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring and fixtures
  7. Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations
  8. Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance
  9. Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment

PERSYARATAN:
  • Lulus pelatihan elektrik/listrik
  • Berpengalaman sebagai teknisi listrik
  • SMA / SMK atau lususan D3 jurusan elektrikal
  • Memiliki surat mengemudi yang masih berlaku
  • Pengetahuan tentang sistem elektrikal, power generation, maintenance dan perbaikan
  • Pengalaman di bidang energi yang dapat diperbaharui


3. OPERATOR OPERATIONS
  1. Riggers required at least 5 years experience rigging in heavy fabrication yards
  2. Experience with overhead crane lifting in workshops up to 250T cranes in open yard areas
  3. Posses valid skill certification
  4. Must be able to work as a team with other departments in planning and carrying out all types of rigging equipment
  5. Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved
  6. Setting, aligning and leveling heavy equipment machinery
  7. Selecting the appropriate rigging gear
  8. Preparing rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps and bolts
  9. Inspecting rigging before final use
  10. Monitoring and maintaining rigging equipment
  11. Maneuvering loads using heavy equipment machinery and by hand
  12. Ensuring compliance with state and company safety procedures
  13. Communicating with the rigging and construction team
  14. Breaking down rigging equipment and conducing post-rigging inspections

PERSYARATAN:
  • SMA / SMK
  • Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai rigger
  • Familiar dengan OSHA safety standards
  • Bisa menggunakan alat rigging dan mesin alat berat
  • Memiliki pendengaran dan penglihatan yang bagus
  • Bisa bekerja di ketinggian dan lingkungan yang bising
  • Level matematika yang tinggi
  • Sehat secara fisik dan bisa mengangkat alat berat
  • Bisa bekerja di lapangan dan dalam lingkungan / cuaca yang buruk
